]]> Air France flight AF7500 returned to Paris CDG right after takeoff due to an engine failure.

A 29 year-old aircraft declared an emergency right after takeoff from runway 27L at Paris CDG Airport.

The flight #AF7500 departed Paris CDG to Nantes when the A321 (registration F-GMZD) stopped the climb at 4,500 ft. The pilots declared an emergency (squawk 7700) due to a bird strike.

The crew contacted ATC mentioning an engine failure and required an immediate return.

The aircraft landed on runway 27R only 14 minutes after takeoff and taxied to a remote stand of the airport.
