The Starship was “auto destroyed” by the Flight Termination System (FDS) few minutes after launch yesterday.

A passenger on board a Boeing 737-800 flying from Barbados (BGI) to Atlanta (ATL) caught the moment the falling debris entered the atmosphere.

Multiple flights were forced to hold or divert due to a Notam issued by the FAA. That was the case of flights to Florida Airports and New York.

The video was captured at approximately 5:49pm EST on board the aircraft registration N372DA.
